This was the second track we wrote after finishing our first EP, with Full Force being the first.

Smash my fists in broken glass
Cut to the bone, another scar
Spent time with a bottle on too many days
Escape can be ugly in so many ways
I dropped my cause, lost desire
Stood with the weak to burn in the fire
Pity me it’s not bad luck
Sad lacklustre broken fuck.

Given up everything that every meant something to me
Cannot hurt anyone who doesn’t feel at all.

Climbed the mountain and fell from the top
Broke all my bones and it never stops
Fought with the fighters and they left me to die
To try is fight but to fight you can’t try
I broke all the rules and it got me locked up
Embracing defeat from a half empty cup
Great is my need to turn things around to be how I was and not how I am now.

To have it all torn from me is too much for me to bear.
